BWT's alternative chemicals strategy is the result both of requests from our customers to reduce their environmental impact and of regulatory changes restricting the use of certain conventional chemicals.

Our aim is to support industry in its ecological transition, as demanded by its customers, partners and public authorities, and more generally driven by the social responsibility of industry itself, by transforming water treatment into a more virtuous process, limiting the impact on waste.

As a manufacturer, BWT France is in the vanguard in this field, anticipating the needs of its customers as well as current and future changes in standards, in line with the efforts to innovate that have characterised the BWT group since its creation.

RÉSEAU DE FROID URBAIN

Pour un grand réseau de froid urbain, confronté aux problématiques d’entartrage, de corrosion et de développement de biofilm, BWT a déployé ses formulations innovantes issues de la « Chimie alternative » (BWT ECO-80 010, -81 040 et -84 020). Cette technologie permet de traiter efficacement les TAR tout en réduisant drastiquement l'impact environnemental des rejets d'eaux d'utilités.

Résultats : une absence totale d'entartrage, une corrosion parfaitement maîtrisée (< 50 µm/an sur l'acier, < 10 µm/an sur le cuivre) et une teneur en azole aux rejets strictement nulle !
