A membrane technology designed to produce ingredient water or water for food steam production in compliance with EC regulation 1935/2004, the Ingredient Water Osmosis Unit ensures water quality that meets the current concerns of food manufacturers: sanitary quality of water, presence of micropollutants or other endocrine disruptors such as chlorates and perchlorates, etc.
Designed to produce water of impeccable quality and to make it easy to clean installations internally and externally, the Ingredient Water Osmosis Unit adopts the rules of hygienic design for equipment in accordance with the recommendations of the EHEDG (European Hygienic Engineering and Design Group), and certifies that the bacteriological quality of the water produced is under control.
In 2020, our equipment was awarded the Hygienic Design Prize by the EHEDG.
