With BWT Bluwell, data from your equipment is collected, analysed and displayed in real time in a graphical interface accessible via smartphone, tablet or PC, in the form of detailed reports or alerts in the event of malfunction: flow rates, conductivity, boiler pH, condensate pH, etc.

BWT Bluwell gives you the means to reconcile industrial safety, maintenance, identification of areas for improvement and the water and energy performance of your water treatment equipment: boilers, osmosis units and cooling towers.

IDEX La Défense
Performance, safety and environment

As the distributor for the heating and chilled water network in La Défense (92), IDEX is working with BWT to improve the performance and efficiency of technical systems and the use of water from the Seine, which is filtered and pre-treated for the network's needs.

In particular, Enertherm chose BWT ECO-MX for the production of disinfectant solution by salt electrolysis, and BWT Bluwell for real-time monitoring of key indicators relating to the installation.

The results: 50% less water consumption and 40% fewer chemicals!

Food industry

Challenges
Condensate pollution, deterioration in food water quality, abnormally high blowdown rate

Solutions
BWT Bluwell connection to the boiler room PLC, configuration of 13 monitoring indicators (conductivity threshold, pH, turbidity, water consumption, etc.) and implementation of 20 customised alerts

Results
Identification of the source of the pollution by targeting and monitoring sensitive points in the network, stabilisation of the pH in the feed tank, reduction in product consumption (-25%) and reduction in blowdown (-5%).

Aerospace industry

Challenges
Lack of control over concentration rate, under-dosing of treatment products, abnormally high iron content.

Solutions
BWT Bluwell connection to the plant's online analysers, data collection from all the system's meters, treatment product tracing.

Results
Identification of a parasitic addition not measured by the existing meters (revealing a dilution effect of the treatment product) and corrective action, control of product dosages and concentration rates, reduction in iron concentrations.

Solutions
Supply of a new BWT PERMAQ Sigma osmosis unit connected to BWT Bluwell, configuration of 20 indicators (conductivity, pressure and flow rate thresholds), real-time analysis of performance indicators and osmosis unit clogging.

Results
Optimised operation of the osmosis unit, installation intervention time reduced by 15/20 minutes per day, secure installations thanks to real-time alerting.
