Naos Dipta

Tailor-made systems for ultrapure water

The Naos Dipta group, whose flagship brands include Bioderma, Esthederm and État Pur, manufactures a complete range of cosmetic products (hygiene, moisturising, dermatology, etc.) using industrial processes similar to those used in the pharmaceutical industry. The products, which are manufactured without additives or preservatives, must be water-based products of the highest quality, in line with the most stringent requirements, in order to guarantee optimum product quality.

For a new production unit, the group has equipped itself with an Osmotron, which is designed and optimised to meet the pharmaceutical industry’s quality levels. BWT's support at every stage of the production, storage and distribution process for water specifically adapted to cosmetic needs completes the company's water treatment system.

The issues

Control quality and safety throughout the cosmetic water cycle

As a player in the cosmetics sector, Naos Dipta manufactures its products using processes similar to those used in the pharmaceutical industry. As such, the water used must meet high quality standards, in particular by following the recommendations of the main pharmacopoeias.

The company called on BWT to help it implement the infrastructure and systems needed to control the quality and purity of the water used in its processes. It chose the Osmotron, BWT's benchmark solution for the production and distribution of purified water (PW).

The solution

End-to-end BWT support

BWT's integrated offer covers the entire project, from needs assessment to the design, manufacture and FAT testing of the equipment, through to the installation and parameterisation of the systems and training of the teams.

Thanks to its unique experience and expertise on the market, BWT was able to propose the most efficient systems, adapted to the specific constraints of the site and the sector, and optimised to control energy consumption.
